SMART FORCE Training & Recruitment Services is a Recruitment Consultancy. It is a Division of Orsby Engineering Private Limited located in Bangalore.

Orsby Engineering Private Limited entered the Information Technology sector in January 2007. ORSBY offers software development services and markets some unique software solutions. The other divisions of Orsby are BIOWARE and BIOBIZ.

Bioware is engaged in Bioinformatics Software Development, Bio-IT services and marketing Bio-IT software packages developed abroad.

BioBiz Division promotes unique products, innovative technologies and services in Biotechnology related to agriculture, healthcare and environment.

SMART FORCE - Training and Recruitment Services division has been set up with the objective of providing employment opportunities to the graduates and post graduates in the IT, ITES, BPO, Biotechnology, Finance, Pharma and Retail industries.

SMART FORCE will be acting as recruitment consultant for the academic institutions and Training Centres to help them in placing their students in various reputed companies.

One of the primary objectives of SMART FORCE is to increase employment opportunities for candidates from the East and North Eastern states of India.
